In this 1:1 Somatic Healing Session, we'll gently reconnect you with your body's innate wisdom using trauma-informed, nervous system-nourishing practices that help you move from survival mode into deeper regulation, release, and embodied peace.

Tools like breathwork, grounding, and movement to bring your body out of fight, flight, or freeze. - Intuitive Somatic Healing Techniques
Depending on your needs, this might include inner child work, somatic release, vocal toning, or gentle embodiment practices. - Integration & Aftercare Guidance
We close with time to reflect, regulate, and explore any take-home tools or rituals to support your healing.

2. Book your time slot using the Calendly link & you'll receive an email confirmation including an intake form and consent. You must complete these forms 24-48 hours before your session.
3. We meet via Google Meet for your session where you'll be guided back into your body with care.

What is Somatic Healing?
Somatic healing is a body-based approach to releasing stress, trauma, and tension stored in the nervous system. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or talk therapy, we gently explore sensations, movement, breath, and body awareness to support regulation, release, and restoration from within.
Is this therapy?
No — this is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. These sessions are coaching-based, trauma-informed, and designed to support your nervous system and emotional wellness through somatic (body-centered) practices. You remain in control and can pause or shift at any time.
What happens in a session?
Each session is unique and led by your needs. We might begin with grounding, move into somatic inquiry (gentle body awareness or release work), use breathwork, or practice nervous system tools you can take into your daily life. You’re invited to come as you are — there is no pressure, no performance.
What if I get emotional or feel overwhelmed?
That’s completely okay. This space is designed to hold whatever arises — gently, without judgment. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I will always guide you with care, consent, and co-regulation, and we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.
